- Description:- The ILPH is the largest rehomer of horses in the UK, with nearly 1,800 on our loan scheme. There are around 300 horses in our four Rehabilitation Centres. The UK Welfare Hotline takes around 30,000 calls a year leading to around 1,500 separate investigations by our 16 Field Officers.
